    • All products are handmade and may vary slightly from one another.
    • All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
    • All orders must be fully paid before shipping out the order. 

  • Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days. Show orders and peak season orders take 2-3 weeks to ship.
  • Rush orders can be accommodated upon request.
  • Shipping Time:  Shipping time varies by the shipping service and location. Orders are shipped from New Jersey via UPS ground.
  • We prohibit selling Deidreamers without our packaging or re-branding our merchandise. If you see other sellers re-packaging our merchandise and selling it under their name, please report it to sales@deidreamers.com 


  • Returns are accepted within 5 days upon confirmed date of receipt fo delivery and on defected items only. 
  • After 5 days upon confirmed date of receipt of delivery, no RA will be issued under any circumstances. 5 days is a reasonable amount of time for a customer to fully inspect the received merchandise. Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable.
  • There are NO refunds. All returned merchandise can be valued as store credit which can be applied to your next order. 
  • Once you receive your merchandise, please check the contents immediately. 
    All requests for returns must be submitted via email, or fax. (sales@deidreamers.com or FAX: 201-881-0302) 
  • Customer must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. 
  • We are not respondible for any return items without a valid RA number. 
  • RA number is valid for 7 business days from date of issue. Any returns with RA number past 7 Days will not be honored. 
  • All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with the original packaging.
  • There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise without RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted package(s), or past the 5 days grace period.
  • Reporting a fasle claim will result inrefusal for future business with Deidreamers.
  • UPS return lables will only be issued for damage claims and for mistakes on our part only. (No Exceptions)
  • 'Damaged in shipping' merchandise must be reported to the courier by the customer.
  • Order cancellations must be requested by written form letter or e-mail. (Email: sales@deidreamers.com) 
  • No cancellations accepted after shipment.
